tell her you want a buzz cut, she shouldnt refuse, but if she does, you can do it yourself, its easy, i do it for my fiance all the time

being that they are getting to perform this service i doubt they would say no.
Then call up another salon and ask them if they do it. Just be professional about it, and you will be surprised that they might agree!!!

Just say you want to try a new approach and want to start fresh. Shaving your head is your decision not theirs if they refuse try different salons or ask a friemnd to help you do it your hair= your decision
Just as it's your right to ask, the stylist actually does have a right to refuse... just ask, in a polite, serious manner - and if they say no, say ';can you refer me to someone who will?';
If you feel uneasy about asking, then just say that you accepted a dare for $50
