How much will it cost to have my hair bleached in a salon? What will the effects be?

How much will it cost to have my entire head of hair bleached? My mum refuses to be involved with bleaching and says I have to get it done professionally.


I have dyed my hair red, purple, brown and black within the past 2 years. Will bleaching get all the colour out? I don't particularly care about the quality of my hair as long as its still attached to my head i.e: I DON'T WANT TO BE BALD!! :)How much will it cost to have my hair bleached in a salon? The price will be determined by the length and thickness of your hair. Also the type of salon you go to. It will range from $100-$200 roughly. If your hair is already died and not extremely healthy, you might want to reconsider. Also if it is dark or black rite now I will be orange. Then you will have to wait two weeks to a month and go back to in to get it lighter and keep doing this until you reach your favorite shade of color. It is a process which most people don't realize. If your hair was healthy uncolored already light hair then it would work very well. But in your situation it migh give you dry brittle hair that you will be unhappy with the shade and your hair will break off slowly but surely. Don't. You will not end up bald, you will end up with breaking hair which will result in extremely thin dry hair, in addition to split ends. And did I say your hair will break, been there, done that. My hair had been breaking for the past months, I think is finally coming back to life. Do not do that, trust me.
