i got extensions in my hair and they look horrible!!! they were supposed to keep my hair healthy while it grew. they are breaking my hair and pulling on my scalp. i called to tell the crazy b*%@h and she refuses to take them out. i called the better business bureau, but does the state board handle complaints like this? or does anyone else know where i can complain. i would like to give her what she deserves!Who do i contact when i have a complaint about a beauty salon that is privately owned?

Call and ask to speak to the owner. Take your problems straight to the owner!!!!!
call the better business bureau for your area to log a complaint. that's about it, besides taking her to small claims.
