Yes salons are costly . Use a normal shampoo as it is only to clean. Have good diet and milk/milk products.Wash hair twice or thrice in a week. How to care for your hair, for example you don't have enough money to treat it in the parlor/salon?
Most shampoos are about the same so use whatever you like. Wash as often as necessary. Every other day is fine for most people, but if your hair is dirty, oily, or loaded up with styling products you may need to wash more often. Use a moisturizing conditioner after you shampoo. If it is still dry try some deep conditioning treatments. Aussie 3 minute miracle has a moisture formula that works really well and isn't too expensive. Use it once or twice a week. If you have a dry scalp or dandruff also you might want to consider head and shoulders scalp moisturizing shampoo instead of regular shampoo. If you blow dry, flat iron, or curl your hair use a heat protectant spray first. If you use lots of styling products they can build up on your hair, so you might want to use a clarifying shampoo once every week or two to remove the build up. If you have split ends spend the money for a trim. You can usually get one for under $15 so it isn't too bad and it will keep your hair much better looking and removing the damaged ends will help prevent breakage.
One of my friends mom is a hair stylist and she told me a way to cure dry hair and split ends. What you do is when you take a bath don't rise the conditioner out and put a shower cap on and take your blow dryer and keep your hair hot for about an hour then rise it out with cold water. It worked for me so your could give it a shot.
you can use mayo or olive oil before a shower. then rinse it out. that is supposed to help
I find Pantene really good... stock up when they go on sale at safeway.
If you use a hair straightener, never use it on wet hair, always make sure its dry first.
happy hairdays =)
