Is dying your hair at a salon permanent?

When you dye your hair at a salon, is it permanent hair dye? Semi-permanent? Temporary? And could you give me details about whichever it is and dying over the current hair dye? Thanks!Is dying your hair at a salon permanent?
You can choose but most salons don't carry temporary color. Most salons have a wide range of semi permanent colors in stock, you just have to ask for it. But the main color that we use is permanent. If you are going darker it isn't a problem, they will just put the dark color on. they use permanent hair die. you can ask the stylist if she can use semi-permanent if you really want that. but they most likley on use the permanent stuff because it works best.








dying over current hair die i would definatley use a permanent and go to a salon depending on your hair type. because the color it is now and the color you might try to get it to might not take or hold or it could turn a different color.

It depends on what color they use. You would have to ask them when you go there. semi washes out in 4-6 weeks. Temp.. washes out maybe after two washes. I would say if you want to make sure u don't want to color to fade as quickly then do perm. If you are afraid of a color that u are not sure with (meaning as if you wont like it) use the semi.
well there are two kinds a dye which is permanent and there is a temperary which is called a rise. well u get to pick what you want when you get there. mostly u do a rise when u are not sure of the color want.
No all dye is temporary your hair will grow over it or grow out.





but dye will faid away as your hair grows and as times passes.
permanent, you need to wait for your hair to grow out to get rid of it.
