It seems that there are many salons in each major metropolitan cities (like NY, LA, San Francisco, Chicago). How do you pick out the one that you like ? Location/Parking ? near shopping center ? particular Stylist ? Hair Products that they used ? or advertising ? or words of mouth from your friends or the decoration/atomsphere of the salon ? or overall atttitude of the staff ? or anything that you can think of

Ask around. when i see a person with great hair just ask them who does there hair.How do you choose a salon to go to?
price! I'm not fussy about how my hair looks, I'd prefer to spend money on other things and anyway, how bad can it be? It'll grow again!
My boss who was also my friend got me an app. With her stylist. and he was great, But first I guess you would have to like your friends hair cut and style.
