Is going to the nail salon with your daughter a good idea for a weekly mother daughter activity?

It seems to me like a good idea for a mother daughter bonding. Sitting back getting manicures and pedicures and communicating with each other. Afterwards going to eat lunch or a movie. Would it also work for mother son bonding as well as father daughter bonding?Is going to the nail salon with your daughter a good idea for a weekly mother daughter activity?
the nail salon with the boys wouldnt really be a good idea. but for the girls yes i wish my mother would have done that, wed be so much closer. but for the boys try the movies or something theyd like.Is going to the nail salon with your daughter a good idea for a weekly mother daughter activity?
Yes, I'm in college and my mother and I have been doing this since I was in highschool... Umm I dont know if this would work for mother- son bonding, unless your son likes mani, pedis.... Why dont you try going to a muesum with him or taking him to a place that intigues his interests.
It's a great idea! My mom does stuff like that all the time. You get the bond, and the manicure! :)


And you should go out to eat lunch, instead of a movie. It's sorta embarrassing to go to the movies with your mom. I'm a teenage girl. I know.
It's definitely great for mother-daughter bonding.





I think only the movie part afterwards, though, would work for Mother-Son and Father-Daughter bonding.
