I tip 20% if they do a good job. If they don't do what I ask, they are lucky to get a buck!
I usually go with 15%, 20% if they did an excellent job. If the wax (eyebrow) is $12, for example, I will give $18. Depending on how relaxing they made my experience depends on how much I will tip.
